All sales are final.

Should there be a factory defect, an exchange is offered for a brand new watch during the first 3 days of receipt. We will only replace the watchhead unless the defect originates in other parts or accessories and we will pay for all shipping in this instance.

For other repairs or servicing during the warranty period, shipping is to be bourne by the watch owner.
